What to put in your email
Anything you can share helps us reply with something useful instead of asking five clarifying questions back. Don't worry about being polished.
- A few sentences on the project — what it does, who uses it, what's getting in the way.
- Current stack, if it already exists. "Greenfield" is a perfectly good answer too.
- Rough timeline — "this quarter", "Q3", "exploring for next year" all work.
- Rough budget range, even a wide one. Saves both of us time if we're not in the same ballpark.
- Anything you've already tried or seen go wrong — vendors, internal attempts, design docs.
- A way to reach you — phone, calendar link, or just "reply to this email".

What happens next
- We reply within two business days, usually faster, with whether we're a good fit and a couple of focused questions.
- If we are, we'll set up a 45-minute discovery call. No charge, no CRM, no drip campaigns.
