Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 May 2026
These terms govern your use of rockbeamsoftware.com (the "Site") operated by Rockbeam Software Ltd ("Rockbeam", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational marketing site describing Rockbeam's services. It does not itself provide a software product or paid service. Engagements with Rockbeam are governed by a separate written master services agreement and statement of work signed between Rockbeam and the client.
2. Permitted use
You may view the Site for personal and business research purposes, share links to its pages, and contact us using the information provided. You agree not to:
- attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security;
- scrape or harvest content for commercial reuse without permission;
- impersonate Rockbeam or its personnel; or
- use the Site or contact form to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited bulk content.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, and source code are owned by Rockbeam or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Rockbeam name and logo are trademarks of Rockbeam Software Ltd. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site (such as client names) belong to their respective owners and are used in factual editorial context only; their use here does not imply endorsement.
4. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party sites (for example, verification links to professional profiles). We provide these links for convenience and have no control over the content or practices of those sites. Following a link is at your own risk.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Information on the Site is provided in good faith but may contain inaccuracies or be out of date.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockbeam will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This clause does not limit liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Engagements
Sending us an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract or a professional services engagement. Any work performed by Rockbeam is governed exclusively by a separately signed engagement letter, master services agreement, or statement of work between Rockbeam and the client.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
