This policy explains what information Rockbeam Software Ltd ("Rockbeam", "we", "us") collects when you visit rockbeamsoftware.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as we can while still running an honest business.

2. What we collect
- Contact form data. When you fill in our contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, and message you submit. The form is processed by Netlify Forms on our behalf.
- Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to be able to reply and keep a record of the engagement.
- Server and CDN logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for operational and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
3. What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or behavioural profiling.
- We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Functional cookies may be set by our hosting provider for session and security purposes only.
4. How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and communicate about engagements you've engaged us for. Server logs are used to operate and secure the site. We don't use any of this information for unrelated marketing.
5. Sharing & processors
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Forms submitted on the site are processed by Netlify Forms on our behalf. Email is processed via the provider that operates our company mailbox. Each of these is a standard data processor and only handles information needed to deliver the relevant function. We do not share information with anyone else except where legally required.
6. Retention
We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. International transfers
Because our processors are based in different countries, your information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses provided by those processors.
9. Security
We use HTTPS across the site and rely on the security controls of our hosting and email providers. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required.
